Since
its inaugeration in 1967, this hotel has been the symbol
of hospitality in the historical centre of Santa Maria di
Castellabate. Set alongside Marina Piccola beach, a natural,
golden solarium, it is close to the Torre Perrotti-- XV11
Century, the Palazzo Belmonte -- XV111 Century and Porto
Lu’ Traversu (Le Gatte) -- X1 Century.
[The Territory] Castellabate
is situated between Paestum and Velia and not far from Acciaroli,
Cape Palinuro and Padula. It is the northern gate of the
National Park of Cilento which is a decreed World Patrimony
of UNESCO. In the seventies the area became the first marine
park in Europe and each year its unpolluted, crystalline
sea has been awarded the coveted, European Blue Flag.
[Campania] Not
far from Castellabate, so within easy reach, there are other
beautiful places to visit - the oases of Persano and Felitto,
Velia, Padula, Palinuro and, ideal for mountain walks, the
Mounts Cervati and Alburni; each is a “must”
to visit, as are Amalfi, Capri, Pompei, Herculaneum, Naples
and Caserta.
